Neighbors' Consejo provides multicultural services for the homeless, addicted, and low-income men, women, and families of Washington, DC, in the neighborhoods of Adams Morgan, Columbia Heights, and Mount Pleasant. They connect men and women to social and economic opportunities and empower them to self-sufficiency.
