THE NEIGHBORS WHO WERE ON THE ORIGINAL ANNOUNCEMENT]
We have seen recent expansion of residential permit parking in Mt. Pleasant. Neighborhood institutions such as Bancroft Elementary and Stoddard Baptist Nursing Home can no longer park in the neighborhood.
DDOT and residents have discussed possible solutions including:
-Adjustment to RPP hours to allow for some parking during the daytime.
-A pilot parking pass program that will allow institutions, organizations and local businesses to park in the neighborhood to a limited degree.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss these and other ideas for neighborhood parking improvements.
I hope to see you there.
Bests, CM Jim Graham
